Daxi Tea Factory --- Taoyuan of Taiwan

Daxi Tea Factory

The history of the Daxi Old Tea Factory can be traced back to the Japanese occupation era. In 1899, Japan's Mitsui Co., Ltd. established a tea plantation in Taiwan, and in 1926, it built a new mechanical tea factory in the east stream of Daxi River (the then Jiaobanshan factory). In 1946, it was renamed the now-famous "Dah Tea Factory." In the early stage of the tea industry in Taiwan, tea produced by Daxi Tea Factory was up to ten million pounds or more per year. However, after a period of industrial depression and fire, the old tea factory was gradually forgotten. Until 2010, the company began to grow. Rebuild the design and re-try the operation on 2013/11/01 so that the world can see this century-old tea factory again.
